Refund Policy
At Bas Melech, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to provide flexible solutions for our customers. However, please note that we do not offer refunds, regardless of the reason for absence.
Instead, we provide makeup classes to help our students catch up on missed training. We strive to place every student in at least one makeup class per missed session, and we aim to offer as many additional makeup classes as possible, subject to availability. To schedule a makeup class, please contact our office at 443-939-5399 or info@basmelech.org . We will work with you to find a suitable alternative class time.
By registering for classes at Bas Melech, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to our refund and makeup class policies.
